Use of Software Policy

Effective Date: August 17, 2026. This Use of Software Policy (“Policy”) governs your access to and use of MultiCamPro.app and its related software, features, and services (“Software”). By accessing or using the Software, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use the Software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Software for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Record, capture, transmit, or distribute content without having the necessary rights, permissions, or consent.
  • Use the Software to violate the privacy, intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or other rights of another person or organization.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Software, its systems, servers, accounts, or data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software, except where permitted by applicable law.

  • Use the Software to create, distribute, or promote malicious, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
  • Circumvent usage limits, security measures, subscription restrictions, or other technical limitations.
  • Resell, sublicense, lease, or commercially redistribute the Software unless expressly authorized by us.

2. Camera, Microphone, and Screen Recording

MultiCamPro may provide features that allow you to access cameras, microphones, screens, and other media devices on your computer. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate permission to record:

  • Yourself or other individuals.
  • Video or audio conversations.
  • Meetings, classes, presentations, or events.
  • Computer screens or applications.
  • Any third-party content.

You must comply with all applicable recording, privacy, wiretapping, consent, copyright, and data-protection laws in your jurisdiction. MultiCamPro does not grant you permission to record third-party individuals or content.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content that you create, record, upload, or process using the Software, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others. You must not use the Software to process or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, including its interface, design, branding, logos, functionality, source code, graphics, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to MultiCamPro and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your use of the Software does not transfer ownership of any part of the Software to you. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Software unless expressly permitted by us.

5. Third-Party Services

The Software may integrate with or allow interaction with third-party services, platforms, browsers, operating systems, streaming services, or other technologies.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. MultiCamPro is not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or policies of third-party services.

6. Security and Abuse

You must not attempt to compromise the security of the Software or its infrastructure. Prohibited activities include:

  • Unauthorized access attempts.
  • Security testing without authorization.
  • Malware distribution.
  • Denial-of-service attacks.
  • Credential theft.
  • Scraping or automated abuse.
  • Circumventing authentication or access controls.
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities for unauthorized purposes.

If you discover a potential security vulnerability, please report it to us responsibly rather than attempting to exploit it.

7. Account and Subscription Restrictions

If certain Software features require an account or paid subscription, you must provide accurate information and use the account only for authorized purposes.

You must not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise misuse account credentials where such activity is prohibited by the applicable subscription terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that an account is being used in violation of this Policy.

8. Availability and Performance

We strive to provide reliable and secure Software, but we do not guarantee that the Software will always be:

  • Available without interruption.
  • Free from errors or bugs.
  • Compatible with every device, browser, camera, microphone, or operating system.
  • Able to successfully record or export every recording.
  • Free from performance limitations caused by hardware, browser, network, or operating-system conditions.

Recording performance may depend on your computer hardware, available memory, browser capabilities, camera resolution, number of connected devices, storage capacity, and other technical factors.

9. User Responsibility for Recordings

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important recordings and exported files. You should not rely on the Software as the sole storage location for important or irreplaceable content.

Before recording important material, we recommend testing your cameras, microphones, recording settings, and available storage.

10. Enforcement

If we determine that your use of the Software violates this Policy, we may take appropriate action, including:

  • Restricting or suspending access.
  • Disabling specific features.
  • Terminating an account.
  • Removing or restricting access to content where legally permitted.
  • Taking other actions necessary to protect the Software, its users, or third parties.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Use of Software Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Software, applicable laws, or our business practices. When we make significant changes, we may provide appropriate notice through the Software or our website.

Your continued use of the Software after an updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
